The Modera Woodstock is a five-story mixed use, multifamily project that includes 194 residential units, ground floor retail space along Woodstock Blvd, and secured underground below-grade parking. Amenities include a private landscaped courtyard, fitness room, and top-floor clubroom with an outdoor patio.  

The apartments designed for this project include a diverse mix of types and range from Studios to four-bedroom units, where larger units are designed to accommodate families. Loft style, live-work units are provided at the ground floor along Martin Street.

Construction is five stories of wood (type III) over a podium deck at grade over a full  basement (parking) below grade. The building also provides ample bike parking.

This building is LEED Gold certification.
